Acceptance of your application DOES NOT mean financing has been approved. It means we have reviewed the materials you provided and preliminarily believe we can provide financing. In most cases, a significant amount of work will still be required to structure and secure the financing. You will receive an engagement agreement that will outline the full terms and conditions of the engagement.
